Embroidery Services Available....
I offer a digitizing service, which is the art of creating stitches that fill an area of a clean artwork to be sewn on a garment or cloth article. For individuals who do not own software for designing embroidery, but have a special design they want digitized. You just need to provide a clean/clear copy of the picture and/or a floppy disk.
Digitizing Fee:
A one time charge for digitizing custom designs. The fee is a minimum of $65.00.
If Customer Provides Design on Disk! All designs must be in Tajima format, a $5.00 conversion fee will be added if in another embroidery format. This is a one time fee per design.
Setup fee: All designs will be edited to ensure smooth running. Any addition or deletion of color changes or trims in the design will require additional fees. The customer will recieve a printout and sample embroidery to assure customer satisfaction. A fee of $20.00 will be assessed for these services.
For In-Stock Logos or Designs, there is a $25.00 set-up fee.

Embroidery charges: Are charged by the stitch count ($1.00 per -1000 stitches) in the design. Minimum of $7.50 hooping charge for each design.
These charges apply for garments to be embroidered by BJ'S ETC.
Production time should be 2-4 weeks.
During peak production times pick-up may vary.
Custom digitizing will add an additional week.

RUSH orders needed within 5 days or less add 20% to total order.
BJ'S ETC.reserve the right to increase quoted price when a design has excessive needle changes, or trims.
There are no minimum purchase requirements, from one item to bulk orders. NO order is too small.
Any additional text added to design will increase the stitch count.
To qualify for a quantity discount each item must have the same design, text, & in same color being embroidered on all garments.
You are welcome to provide your own garment for embroidery.
Embroidery can be placed on any item: polos, T-shirts, baby bibs, hats/caps, blankets, denim, uniforms, aprons, quilt blocks, tote bags, fleece wear, checkbook covers, golf bags, bat bags, and many more items.

Although some designs can be embroidered at most any size, a typical design costs:

Applique Services:
Applique Services are available upon request by email or phone for quotes.
Applique can be Jacket Back names, shirt backs, fronts, sleeves, any and all items.
Lettering for Athletic Jackets is charged by the letter. $2.50 per letter.
Single Item Applique varies on the type of design. See applique samples for an idea of charges.
